The back has this jeweled buttons from top to bottom of the dress and when you opened them, the inside of the dress, the lining has a zipper, which allows you to wear it backwards as well. I am a size 6 8 at this point. This dress says medium but it is a vintage Bill Blass, most likely 80s. It has built in shoulder pads too. No stretch, no pockets.
