NY designer sequinned lace border design Fabric Length:By the Yard and looks the same onThis sequinned lace comes from a NY designer and is so beautiful! The background fabric is a very fine black mesh lace, embroidered with little circular beige sequins in an ornate border design (PANTONE 13 1107 ish). The fabric is quite sheer in the areas without sequins, and I've photographed it on black for the top and bottom photos. The drapey photos show the sheerness, and I oriented one as it comes off the roll, the other turned to show the
