A Rare Vehicle Emblem, By Wilhelm Deumer consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac retaining an aluminum disc bearing(Deutscher Luftsportverband Motorhaubenemblem). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a Deutscher Luftsportverband (German Air Sports Association DLB) insignia in the form of a red enameled ring overlaid by a pair of stylized wings joined together in the centre by a propeller, in turn defaced by a black mobile swastika, the reverse with two threaded lugs for attachment to a vehicle, maker marked WILH.
