In bronze gilt and enamels, the obverse shows two eagles in white enamel and imperial crown on a red enamelled background, the reverse with a single button hook bar, measures 16. 2mm (w) x 30. 5mm (h), light wear, in very fine condition. Footnote: The Order was instituted 23rd January 1883 by King Milan I of Serbia. In the period between 1883 and 1898 Order of the White Eagle was the highest award in the Kingdom of Serbia.
