A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic perforated with three eyelets(Treuedienstmedaille zum 75. Geburtstag Wilhelm II in Silber). Instituted 27 January 1934 by former Kaiser Wilhelm II. (1934 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Cross Patte with its arms joined through the inner quadrants by a circular laurel and oak leaf wreath, bearing a central Hohenzollern imperial eagle, circumscribed by an inscription of VOM FELS ZUM MEER
