A New York State Small Arms Practice Medal By Tiffany & Co certificate_of_authenticity British War Medal (65466 AA New York State Small Arms Practice Medal by Tiffany & Co Red bronze, maker marked "TIFFANY & CO." on the reverse, obverse illustrating the New York State coat of arms surrounded by a ring inscribed "SMALL ARMS PRACTICE" and framed by an open ended wreath, 37 mm, with five bronze clasps (1 YEAR, EXPERT, 2 YEAR, SHARPSHOOTER and 4 YEAR), bronze eagle hanger inscribed "MARKSMAN" with pinback, clasps and hanger are linked to the medal via an elaborate
