Fire and Steel - Assassin's Wakizashi (Battle Ready) heart 44 x 22 cmThis is part of our Fire and Steel line of mid range collectors swords. These swords are built to high standards and considered both high quality and battle ready. Shirasayas are minimalist Japanese blade mountings consisting of a plain scabbard (saya) and matching hilt (tsuka). Traditionally used for storage when a sword was not expected to see active use, the lack of a guard or handle wrapping made them unsuitable for direct combatbut their slim
