Germany, Third Reich. A Cased Honour Cross Of The German Mother, Gold Grade, By Gustav Miksch Newly Listed WWII DSO Group of Eight(Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter in Gold mit Etui). Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central black mobile swastika circumscribed by a raised inscription of DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER (TO THE GERMAN MOTHER), with sun rays through the quadrants, the reverse with an etched institution date of 16.
