Wedgwood Antique English Black and White Transfer Tile January Visiting Friends Art Nouveau I purchased this at aA Nice English Victorian tile by Wedgwood in series called "The Months" designed by Helen Miles in 1878. This tile is the month of January and shows a two young women shaking hands. The tile is in an uncommon black and white colorway. Measures 6" x 6" x 3 8". Clean shiny surface with a couple of tiny flakes around the edge. The back is unsigned.
