The Settee back is rigid, upright and rectangular divided into 3 sections above the arm rest . Each section has its own head rest and decorative turning. The padded settee seat is rectangular a feature of furniture of this era.. The upholstered armrests extend to the front of the seat and the front of the 4 legs are fluted, the flutes being highlighted with a gold detail line. The top of the legs is a bulbous turning
