Le Pré Catelan, Paris 1890 Bismark Hotel Once aboardThis beautiful menu cover in Art Nouveau style comes from a lunch at Le Pr Catelan in 1890. Hand designed and painted with the signature of the artist, the interior menu is quite faded but the date is still visible. We think this must be one of the earliest menus from this restaurant in the Bois De Boulogne in Paris, which still flourishes and which has three Michelin stars.
