Romanian Army Rucksack optics Content: 50% Nylon / 50%From Romania with love! This rucksack is as simple and rugged as they come. Manufactured from the 1970's 1980's these are based on a old German way of thinking the back straps hook onto the back of the rucksack whilst the front straps would be intended to hook into a leather webbing belt. If your not running this with a set of webbing, it can with a bit of field modification be used as a ordinary backpack by folding the metal closed over the D rings
