The MOLLE II sustainment pouch is an invention by the US Marine Corps to supply troops with, well, sustenance. These large pouches will hold up to three MREs or can be used for general utility needs. Most of the time, they'll be used as a pair and attached to either side of a MOLLE load bearing pack. The pouch keeps it simple with one large main compartment, fastening with a
