Just like the colour, this wine is a heady riot of rapberries and red cherries. Peppery, sappy savoury notes are the calling card of the Pinot Noir that has been bled. The fruit comes from a vineyard planted on Portlandian Limestone, which makes up only 1% of the region. Bertrand is making this wine as a tribute to his elders; "as children we
