This is made from Syrah sourced in the north of Saint Joseph, grown on granite soils. As with all of their wines, this is treated gently; aged and fermented in concrete and stainless steel in the effort to try and preserve the wine's most delicate aromatic qualities, and this has certainly been achieved here! Stony, mineral, yet earthy Syrah with a characteristic Saint Joseph lick of bacon fat. Yet at the
