Dating to the 1920 30's the colors of green and black are period Art Deco. The image of a sailboat on calm waters with gulls flying overhead is tubelined, meaning the outline is meticulously applied by hand with a syringe, then glazes are poured between the raided lines. The mural measures 12 3 4" tall and 17" wide. Each 4 1 4" tile is marked on the back "Wheeling Cushion".
