Rootscape wallsculpture white while grounding words are spokenThe gardens and woods of Paleis Soestdijk were Margots wandering grounds for a year. In the silence surrounding the palace, the stories of time are stored layer by layer in the roots of the trees. In doing so, they form an underground living memory on which the estate is supported. In her ceramic work Rootscape, the light and dark stories alternate in the changing undulating movement of life. 21 x 5 cm White & black stoneware
