Laser Cut Contour Badge V2 stickers edge follows the curvesWe can print your badge using our Latex 1200dpi printer and laminate it onto a 3mm (1 8th") clear acrylic which is contour cut on our CO2 laser to follow the outlines of your badge. V2 Badges are now made with full radius edges to prevent cracking from use. Badges are printed with a 5mm white border and a 5mm clear badge edge.
