All sections are full length and straight. This rod consists of medium flammed cane with transparent wraps. Cigar grip measures 6" in length. Classic cap and ring over a cherry wood spacer. Ferrule is size 14 with a nice fit but could use a cleaning to set completely. In my hand, the action is on the fast side
