Layers of raspberry and blueberry jam come through up front, followed by earthy notes and a hint of chocolate. The palate is smooth and textured, with plenty of ripe red fruit and just the right amount of weight. Bold but balanced, its a full flavored red thats easy to enjoy. Winemaking: All estate fruit. Destemmed & fermented on skins for 2 weeks, pressed
