Black Currant - "Crandall" Group-A Tree is vigorousAlso known as spicebush or "clove currant." This plant is often referred to as "the North Country's answer to Forsythia." Crandall is a selection of ornamental black currant, an attractive 4 foot bush that can produce an abundant crop of edible fruit in its second season. Berries are large and make a great pie! Spicy scented flowers bloom in early Spring, giving a burst of yellow to the landscape. Plant 3 4 feet apart. 2 4 foot plants at shipment.
