Kalleske Zeitgeist 2023 single malt acacia and beeswaxPart of Kalleskes Divergent range which aims to show a varietal we know well in a different light. This uses Shiraz from multiple Kalleske blocks planted anywhere between 1905 and 1998 which have been blended to give a true representation of Kalleske Shiraz. Bottled as soon as it has settled after fermentation, this wine has no added sulfites and no aging in tank or barrel, which helps show off the fresh, vibrant side of Shiraz. Deep inky purple with
