Inspired by the produce carried on ships that used to pass our beautiful Welsh coastline on their way to Barry Docks, Barry Island Rum is spiced with botanicals from all over the world. Unique and small batch, 3 year old molasses based Guyanese rum is spiced with all natural botanicals over several days. The mixture is agitated twice a day to ensure the rum is perfectly
