Salmon Paté in Olive Oil, 8 oz. mayonnaise Flaked version of the specialLightly smoked salmon pat in olive oil, 8 oz. Non dairy, delicately and naturally smoked with local hardwood. We use an industry standard smoker. We developed this product out of a request by one of our patrons to make non dairy delicately smoked salmon pat in olive oil patterned after a sample brought from France that contains dairy. Shelf life : three (03) years without preservatives MSG and no food coloring. Net weight 105 gms (4 Oz), 225 gms (8oz)
