Cuve Kollektiv "Tank 33" Rheinischer Landwein 2021 Style:White If you’re reading thisCuve Kollektiv Weingut Klenk Eckelsheim, Germany 70% Bacchus, 30% Riesling 13. 5% abv Tank 33 is made from a blend of Bacchus and Riesling grapes, grown from an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil. Directly pressed Riesling and 4 days maceration for the Bacchus, fermented and aged separately for one year in fibreglass tanks. Made low intervention in the cellar.
