Designed for use with custom internal throttle grips. Both grips have an internal diameter of 1". These grips are made from billet aluminum with a brown colored Bakelite resin grip. Bakelite is an early 20th century material that was used before modern, and much cheaper to produce, hard plastics were invented. True classic grips!
