Highland Park 14y/o 'Mjolner' Australian Exclusive Cask 56.5%ABV 30ml Scotland reminiscent of buttery apple turnoversBig and bold Highland Park bottled exclusively for the Mjolnir Viking themed restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney in 2019. A vatting of sherry casks to produce 1731 bottles mostly to be their house whisky at the restaurant. Its tasty but a bit of a devilish beast some honey, heather, raisins, dark chocolate and hazelnut bit of sulphur and smoke. At 56. 5% the alcohol isn't that well integrated and needs a minute and possibly a drop of water to open up.
