Vivanterre, White ARS 2021 Garnacha Tintorera Karvounis and Platanos — eightPatrick Bouju and Justine are at the helm of this collaborative project with Max and Rosie Assoulin, New York fashion designers. This white is a blend of Sylvaner and Riesling coming from old vines on limestone rich soils in Heilignestein. These late harvest grapes go through a direct press and are aged in Foudre.
