It moves the engine back 1 3 4". Moving the engine back provides more rear weight bias and more forward drive. On an older chassis, use of this engine mount kit will cause the engine oil pan to hit the frame. 600cc Engine Mount Plates are machined from 3 8" thick aluminum with radiused
