Series III debuted in 2019 and is a blend of 11 and 12 year old bourbon. The nose and palate reveal notes of caramel, candied fruit, chocolate, baking spice, smoke and leather, leading to a smooth finish with hints of caramel and rye spice. Age 11 Years Mash Bill 12% 2007 Bourbon (21% Rye). 78% 2008 Bourbon (21% Rye). 10% 2008 Bourbon (36% Rye).
