Grown in ancient bush vines at 700 m on the east facing Rovittello slopes, it offers bright aromas of wild blackberry, coriander, clove, pink pepper, and graphite. The palate is elegant and freshsoft, austere tannins, spicy grip, mineral red fruits, and a saline finish. Erse is full bodied yet refined, ideal slightly
