Ballechin 17y/o Burgundy Casks#327 to 334 53.5%abv 15ml / 30ml Tasmania This is from the firstThis 2005 vintage Ballechin was matured in eight first fill Burgundy hogsheads for 17 years creating a luscious mouth coating syrupy, peaty whisky with notes of blackberry jam, jaffas, dark chocolate covered coffee beans, red grapes, dates, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, leather and nutmeg. Non chillfiltered and bottled at cask strength.
